Type DWBFJ-AF axial fan is designed according to EN 14986, EN13463-1 (for
ATEX) and IEC 60079-0(for ATEX) standards. The product is certified for
installation in Zone 1 and Zone 2 for gas environment, Zone 21 and Zone 22
for dust environment.
Type DWBFJ-AF axial fan has long or short stainless steel or carbon steel aterial case fitted with stainless steel, aluminum or sheet molding ompound (SMC) which is also alled glass-fiber reinforced polyester (GRP) aterial impeller. The fan s driven directly by an ATEX r IECEx certified motor.
The Ex d motors are equipped with PTC hermistors for optimum motor rotection. Three phase , IP55 or IP65, insulation class F, can befrequency conversion motor.
For motors provided with PTC posistor sensors that should be connected o the protection system, the type of sensor should be specified by the ustomer/electrician.
Type DWBFJ-AF axial fan is typically used for the purpose of industrial
ventilation, cooling and exhausting etc.This product specially applies to
Oil & Gas, Offshore Platform, Chemical, Petrochemical, Refinery and
Marine Industries etc.
